Handmade from scratch and only with local ingredients, Que Gusto cart delivers 16 varieties of locally sourced, organic latin cuisine. Keep your eyes peeled for the Que Gusto bike rollin’ downtown or wherever you’re hungry for party-sized goodness. We’ll arrive with a minimum of 50 empanadas (16 different varieties to choose from) and a well-equipped server who can even bring cookies, drinks, or anything from the Que Gusto menu that you love that doesn’t need to live inside our warmer. Maybe you’d even like to swap out empanadas for our Slow Roast Pork Sandwiches instead. Go for it!
If you’d like us to set up inside, be sure to measure your entryway so that we can be sure our cart can fit through the door. Dimensions should be Height: 7.4’ and Width: 3.1’
Our rolling oven can hold 100 party-sized empanadas. But don’t worry! We can bring extra ovens to accommodate larger parties. Just let us know how many folks you’d like to serve.

2 weeks in advance is ideal, but always submit an online reservation inquiry with us to check about an expedited request!
What is the maximum number of people the Empanada Cart can serve?
100 people at once. We can easily have more fresh and hot empanadas delivered from our downtown location to refill the cart!
